The Search is on for the 2014 Chicago Rose of Tralee

The search is on for the 2014 Chicago Rose of Tralee. The Rose of Tralee committee is looking for a young woman of Irish descent between the ages of 18-27 to participate in the 2014 Chicago Rose of Tralee Selection at the Center on Saturday, April 5 in the Fifth Province at 7:30pm. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children.

The Chicago Rose of Tralee will join young women of Irish descent from countries around the world, including Great Britain, Europe, Dubai, Australia and New Zealand. The Rose will be an ambassador for Chicago, connecting the global Irish community in a celebration of their rich culture and sharing the heritage of Irish People at home and abroad. The Chicago Rose’s goal is to be selected from among the other participants representing their perspective countries to be named the Rose of Tralee during the International Rose of Tralee broadcast live on Irish TV for two simultaneous nights.
