Add some magic to holiday gifts and décor, made more special because you’re the creator! Attend the “Folded and Decorated Calligraphy Froebel Stars” class, presented by the Chicago Calligraphy Collective.
Froebel stars, made as holiday decorations in Germany and Denmark. make wonderful personalized gifts and decorations when combined with calligraphy.
No experience with calligraphy or paper folding is needed. This class will be a hands-on introduction to making the stars, and will include basic instruction on several calligraphy scripts and techniques that can be used to decorate them.
Every student will walk away with at least one star, and materials and an instruction packet to make at least one more!
