About This Event

More than 35 years ago, members of Chicago’s Irish American community envisioned a home that would honor our past, energize the present, and sustain Irish culture for generations. As a nonprofit dedicated to that mission, the Irish American Heritage Center (IAHC) continues to champion the arts as a vital part of the Irish dialogue. We’re proud to carry that vision forward with our 2026 Biennial Juried Art Exhibit.

Call for Artwork (2D only):

Eligible media: painting, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, fiber, photography, and calligraphy.

Not eligible: AI-generated or AI-enhanced artwork

How to Apply:

Fill out and complete the Artist Information Form below, including JPEG images of your submission piece(s).
Entry limit & fee: Up to two submissions per artist.
- $30 Non-members
- $25 IAHC members
Deadline: Wednesday, January 28, 2026 (fees paid and images received)

Awards:

More than $1,200 in prizes will be awarded. We look forward to your submission and to celebrating the vibrant work of our artistic community.
