Our March Great Irish Book Club Book is “Strange Sally Diamond”

Join us for our next Great Irish Book Club meeting at 2PM on Saturday, March 8th, when we will discuss “Strange Sally Diamond” by Liz Nugent (320 pages).

About the “Strange Sally Diamond”:

Reclusive Sally Diamond is thrust into the media spotlight when she attempts to incinerate her dead father, sparking widespread outrage. Now, she is the center of attention, not only from eager reporters and police detectives but also from a sinister voice emerging from a past she cannot recall. As she begins to unearth the repressed memories of her traumatic early childhood, Sally steps into the world for the first time, makes new friends, faces significant decisions, and learns that people don’t always mean what they say.

This is a free event and we will meet in the Irish American Heritage Center Library.
