A special group of Irish men and women have been responsible for preserving Irish ballad-singing traditions over the past 50 years; Derek Warfield is a distinguished name among them. Derek Warfield and The Young Wolfe Tones bring that musical tradition forward with a reverence for Ireland’s past and the energy and optimism of a new generation of Irish musicians.

Derek Warfield & The Young Wolfe Tones are thrilled to celebrate 10 years On the One Road. They are delighted to celebrate it in style with the release of a new CD, “Boys & Girls,” planned for April release, and performances all over America, including the Irish American Heritage Center.

Join us for a special private event at the Fifth Province Pub on Friday, February 21st. Derek Warfield and the Young Wolf Tones will take over the entire pub.

Chicago favorites, The Chancey Brothers, are opening the show, followed by the Trinity Irish Dancers and The Chicago Garda Pipes and Drums. The Chancy’s will play after the show, too!

This will be a ticketed event – only ticket holders will be admitted.
