Genealogy and family history research can be a lonely enterprise. It’s easy to fall down rabbit holes, accumulate a myriad of records with dates and names, but still feel like you can’t see the forest for the trees. How can history, time and place bring your ancestors stories to life?

Lois Farley Shuford, author of  Finding Home:  An Irish American Story, will speak with the Irish American Heritage Center’s genealogy group on Saturday, April 20 at 2:30pm about using a writer’s approach to research to solve mysteries and make your family history come alive.

Join us in the IAHC library for this very special event!
