Back by popular demand! Irish Singing Classes with the Chicago Irish Singers start on April 10th.
You will learn:
- 6 songs: English and Irish language traditional songs and pub songs (different from previous classes)
- Irish history through song
The classes are open to singers of all levels, ages 10 and up, and there will be opportunities to perform with the Chicago Irish Singers.
Dr. Christine Lawless, Midwest Fleadh Gold Medalist in English singing, Irish Singing, and Lilting, multiple-time All-Ireland competitor, and the Executive Director of the Chicago Irish Singers Club, is the instructor—so you will be in great hands.
Classes are Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:45 on April 10, 24, May 1, May 8, May 15, and May 22.
Register before April 1 and pay the early-bird price of $90. Classes are $100 after April 1.
