Michael Carroll is back at the Irish American Heritage Center this Fall to share his knowledge of Celtic Art in styles old and new. Seeking to pass on the heritage and secrets of the art, Michael will host a series of classes, lectures, workshops for the only Celtic Art classes in the Chicago area.
A hands-on, seven-week crash course in Celtic Art: calligraphy, spirals, knotwork and border design. Great for artists and crafters; no prerequisites, minimal supply list: pencil and paper. Open to new and former students, everyone learns at their own pace!

CELTIC ART PORTFOLIO
An ongoing, open-studies class; some experience is helpful. With instructor Michael Carroll as mentor and guide, students choose their own projects, motifs and media.
